1. Prisoners should not concord many proveal rights due to incarceration. In my opinion a prisoner who is jail should have vista twice before he or she decided to return a abomination. Its sad to see many pincerren throughout the world without their mother or father but there has to be some type of consequences for their actions. Unfortunately the kind of consequences that they wel produce will be the reason for them not being open to raise their children and losing all parental rights and responsibilities. The only parental rights prisoners should have are visitation rights.
2. In my opinion children should not be allowed to live in correctional facilities like their mother s do in India. If I were a parent in prison it would be great(p) for me to even look my child in their eyes because its very shameful to me. I would rather have my child be raised by someone who squeeze out better raise them than for me to raise them and past lose them once they reach a certain age. India is putt these women prisoners through too much devastation; I begettert understand how someone could even start a program like this when you have a childs life at hand.



The same concept applies to fathers because it is still hard on either parent.
3. The lend oneself will create a lot of torment and devastation for both the parent and the child. Parents will grow so attached to their children that when the child has to leave the parent will be stresses out and miserable. The children will more than probably end up trying to commit a crime that will cause them to go back to prison nevertheless to see their parents or become menaces to society.
