I believe that this is a noble-minded condition that pack rarely talk about. The most frequent form of synesthesia, researchers believe, is colored hearing: sounds, music or voices containn as colors (Carpenter, 2001). An example would be a person hearing a train may see the color black.
I took a test to see if I had synesthesia using the synesthesia battery website. The results were that I had no signs of the condition; however, I do think I have whatsoever attend in the phenomenon. Sometimes, when people talk about winter, I see the color white. This probably happens for me because the color white is associated with winter because of snow. When I hear a siren, I see the colors red and blue.
I relate these colors to the police, fire trucks and ambulances. Siri Carpenter states that research suggests that about one in 2,000 people are synesthetes, and some experts suspect that as many as one in 300 people have some variation of the condition.
I am sure that most people with synesthesia are not aware that they have it and most people that have children with it do not agnize that their children have the condition. fit to Marc-Jacques Machler, parents or teachers often do not know how to circularize with synesthesia.
