I rent chosen to research the artist Brian Beej Curtis as he has inspired me greatly in the last year. there are many artists I could have chosen that have inspired me to pursue art and de property as a career but none more so than Curtis.
He is a professional airbrush artist and full magazine illustrator, he illustrates for childrens books for the UK company circle around Parks and has also been answerable for many of the childrens characters seen around the parks. Also, he works for many advertizing campaigns for companies such as Auto Air and Iwata. He has designed theatrical sets for his former local theater back in Doncaster and for the company kn confess as First Leisure bay window and done twenty five years worth of rule airbrushing on cars, motorcycles and just about anything else you can paint! He now works from home in Salisbury, Wiltshire where he runs his own classes in order to teach young design hopefuls akin myself how to do usance airbrushing. Beginning as an apprentice sign writer, he has gradually worked his way through his career in order to reach this stage in his life.
When he was as young as 14 he was inspired by the people at the St. Ledger Racecourse Exhibition Center where the Pro Custom Bike Show used to be held.
At the age of 14, Curtis painted his first coach for a cub scouts band. He then went to work for his two Uncles who were both sign writers. They trained him in the art of sign opus and pin striping.
