Probation and Parole Terms Paper
Probation and Parole Terms must address the clients issues that led them, or could have caused the reason they committed their crimes. For instance, a dose/ alcoholic drink abuse treatment image for clients with a history of drug and/or alcohol abuse could benefit the client to bastinado issues of abuse that may have led them to commit a crime such as: Driving trance Intoxicated.
A discussion for three clients on the roster for probation/parole leave alone show Team As rationale for the conditions elect for each client. The team ups rationale of conditions will include outcomes after a three month evaluation of each client and in any case any changes the team would make to their selected conditions based on the outcomes. The team will also make recommendations concerning the conditions of a clients probation or parole that were not included in their weft options and, explain why the team felt the recommendations would benefit their clients having a successful recovery.
The first client is Stanley Gravas whose offense was Driving While Intoxicated. Unfortunately, this was Mr.
Gravas second offense. He is married with two minorren, and had another child who died in a boating accident three days ago; which coincides with his heavy drinking. He is well educated and has held the analogous job for eighteen years. Mr. Gravas acknowledges his alcoholism problem and is willing to transmit the necessary steps to help him change his life. The sentence reach down to him was two years probation, and recommended as part of his probation plan also includes: drug/alcohol treatment and family counseling. Mr. Gravas outcome has been exceptionally well.
