That also means that whole world was watching China very closely and for real because mint actually came there. That means whole world saw all bad and good about China.



Millions of volume came to visit, to see the country and to watch Olympics in Beijing and other cities of China.
So not just Beijing, all the country had to be ready. China was cave in to be prepared. Which in my opinion, Chinese nation achieved brilliantly, in umpteen ways.
Of course the world knew China, but sure not puff up enough to not be impressed by Olympics China held. And sure not well enough to not be surprised by China in general.
First of all, China is one beautiful country with amazing history and the biggest universe in the world. But for understand China and Chinese great deal it is not enough to read about them in the books. You have to visit China to understand it and to get to know it.
