The original book cover of A Place to Stand had illustrated a reddish brown color look of an open ambit, with gloomy dark clouds to a higher place a single tree in the middle of nowhere surrounded by dried up weeds. The book cover came off a bit unclear at for the first time; it didnt grab me as a reader. I like to try to predict the story before I read books and I thought from the original cover that it was about genius or farming. After reading though the dark clouds mean dark times, agony, grief, and trouble for appreciate.

He is unaccompanied in a big population sufficient of obstacles. The dark gloomy clouds show that its a fearful, hard life. Hes struggling and not withal sure what path to take or if he can make it all by himself, sometimes looking for psyche to lean on. Majority of people whove never read this book that take a first glance at it couldnt decipher the image to those interpretations. This cover is muted and not flamboyant, it will not catch young readers eye because its plain and nowadays colors and abstract pictures function to catch young readers eyes.
